近日，在學生的熱情參與和老師們的全力支持下，我校順利完成了第四屆學生自主管理委員會的招新。通過緊張的初賽和決賽，最終甄選出42位同學組成了新一屆學生自主管理委員會，為校園管理注入了新的活力！      

Supported by teachers and enthusiastic participation of students, our school has just successfully finished the recruitment for the new members of Student Union. The new Union is composed of 42 students after the first and final interview organised by the school with new energy and power infused to our school.

校監林佳霆博士將學生自主管理委員會招新看作是駿榮每年最重要的學生活動之一，意在培養學生們的（棟梁）精神，讓孩子們有一個鍛煉和展現自己的平臺，提高自己的綜合素質，在實踐中學習！                                

Our school supervisor Dr. Maggie Lam treated the formation of Student Union as an important event in order to nurture future leaders as well as giving a good platform for children to practise and achieve. So that children's comprehensive abilities and skills can then be strengthened.

9月13日，初賽現場的同學們都摩拳擦掌、躍躍欲試，大家都表現出對加入學生自主管理委員會的無限熱情！

During the first meeting on 13th September, students were showing their esthusiasm in participating for the election of different positions in the student union!

前來面試的同學們積極回答評委們的提問，大部分同學滔滔不絕，回答有條不紊；個別同學則稍顯稚嫩、緊張。但無論緊張或從容，他們都在努力展現著自己最優秀的一面，他們身上透露的朝氣、青春和自信深深感染了在場的師生們。

Students were answering questions proactively in the interview. Some answered logically and confidently while some performed nervously and giving simple answers. However, they both tried their best and showed their most impressive and positive side to the interviewers. It really touched all the audience there!

復賽則更加如火如荼。所有選手必須即興回答。評委在計算出平均分之后，按照分數從高到低依次錄取選手。

Students had to answer questions immediately when they came to the stage. Interviewers chose the suitable candidates according to their average marks in the performance.

School supervisor taught us: we have to nurture our children as managers and leaders, discover their potentials and provide appropriate plateform for their development. We will work together and achieve the school visions and missions. We have confident that Chun Wing will be more successful in the near future!
